Cancellation Policy

Code at your pace using pre-recorded videos, COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE once instructions sent to access videos or files Online Instructor-led Classes: Cancellation is 72 hours before the session begins and fees will be refunded if paid in full but deposits will NOT be refunded. DcodeSTEM has limited seats and they fill up pretty quick and due to last-minute cancellation, it is impossible to refill the seat. At location classes: (discontinued from 2020 due to COVID-19 and will continue with online classes ONLY) Please attend class on time, as the classes begin on schedule. We need 15 days’ notice in the event your child’s enrollment needs to be canceled. The registration fee and the studio fee is non-refundable, this is a one-time fee collected for the entire year. Parents can track their kids' progress by attending their child’s demo sessions, where children demo projects to parents.
