DcodeSTEM has taught 342+ students ranging from ages 8 to 45 since its establishment in 2018
At DcodeSTEM we believe programming is a form of literacy which enables every child/individual with the required skills for the next generation. Our curriculum and method of teaching makes our coursework consumable for K-12 and beyond.
In today’s world, the importance of STEM education is the key to success. Various distinguished academic institutions and corporate houses see a dire need of experts in the field of STEM. Here is our attempt to influence and enrich the lives of people.
We teach in a modern and more comprehensive way, for example, we stress on fundamentals of computer programming which prepare them to handle any programming language. Our curriculum covers a systematic and consumable approach and in a unique way blends two fields of STEM like programming and mathematics. Our goal is to cover all topics related to STEM, whether that be AI/Machine Learning related to programming or subjects like Astronomy, Chemistry, Physics. We plan to introduce Self-Paced AI-based Learning Ecosystem (ABLE) for programming and mathematics.
We have highly qualified professionals with 45+ years of combined experience in computer programming, computer science, engineering, and music. All of our DcodeSTEM instructors have a passion for teaching and want to make a difference for children/individuals by being their mentor in the STEM and Music.
For coding classes, we teach object-oriented programming using platforms such as Apple Swift, Android SDK, Eclipse, and Xamarin while building hands-on software project which they present to their parents/guests end of the 45-hour session. We pick a language such as C, C++, C# or Java to teach the fundamentals of programming via fun and innovative projects. Our methodology is appropriate for children as young as 8 years old. Depending on the level of the enrolled class we may also work on building mobile apps.
For music class, we have partnered with Sohini Sangeet Academy and a renowned musician whose family has taught music from generations.
